A New Agency Built On Years Of Bail Experience
Home Now Bail Bonds is a new agency, but bail is not new to the family behind it. Gisselle Barraza has about four years of experience in the bail industry. Her father, Julio Barraza, has worked as a bail agent for about 18 years. Together, they opened Home Now Bail Bonds to give families more personal help during one of the hardest days they will face.
When you call, you work directly with Gisselle and Julio. They take the time to explain each step in plain language.

Bail Bonds For Misdemeanor, Felony, And Domestic Violence Charges
Every arrest is different, but the first steps are the same. Find out where your loved one is being held. Confirm whether bail has been set and how much it is. Then start the bond. We help with each step, whatever the charge.
-
Misdemeanor Bail Bonds
A misdemeanor arrest can still mean time in jail until bail is posted. If you are not sure where your loved one is or what their bail is, we can find out for you. We explain the process in plain language and help you get the bond started quickly.
-
Felony Bail Bonds
Felony bail is often higher, and the paperwork can feel overwhelming. We walk you through the premium, any collateral, and what it means to be a cosigner before you sign anything. Our goal is to help your loved one return home and handle their case from outside of jail.
-
Domestic Violence Bail Bonds
A domestic violence arrest often leaves families with urgent questions and few answers. We help you find out where your loved one is being held and what bail has been set. Then we guide you through each step of the bond, without judgment.
-
Help Finding Your Loved One
Sometimes you only know that someone was arrested. With their full name and date of birth, we can help find out which jail or facility is holding them, whether bail has been set, and the bail amount.
-
Payment Plans On Approved Credit
Not everyone can pay the full bail bond premium at once. Payment plans and down-payment options may be available on approved credit, so you can focus on bringing your loved one home.

-
Help That Goes Past The Paperwork
We help locate loved ones and, when it makes sense, meet you at the jail or at home. We have even driven clients home after their release.
What Happens After You Call
You do not need to know how bail works before you call. Here is what we do together.
-
1. Tell Us What You Know
Share your loved one's full name and date of birth. If you have them, the jail name and booking number help too. If not, that is okay.
-
2. We Find Them And Confirm Bail
We confirm where your loved one is being held, whether bail has been set, and the bail amount.
-
3. We Review Costs And Responsibilities
We explain the premium, payment options, any collateral, and what the cosigner agrees to. You will know what you are signing before you sign it.
-
4. We Complete The Paperwork And Post The Bond
Once the paperwork is done, we begin the bail bond process. Each facility handles releases on its own schedule, so we cannot promise an exact release time, but we will tell you what to expect next.

Common Questions About Bail Bonds
How much does a bail bond cost?
Bail bond premiums start at 10% of the bail amount. Depending on the circumstances, rates may be available as low as 7% under our surety's filed rates or with surety approval. Specific pricing and eligibility should be discussed directly with Home Now Bail Bonds.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans and down-payment options may be available on approved credit.
What information should I have when I call?
If you can, have your loved one's full name and date of birth, the jail or detention facility where they are held, their booking number, and the name of the person who will act as cosigner. If you do not know where they are being held, we can help find them.
What if I don't know where my loved one is being held?
We can use information such as their full name and date of birth to help find out where they are being held and get the available bail information.
Is collateral required?
Collateral is generally required when the bond is more than $150,000. Homeownership or other real property is the preferred form of collateral.
What is a cosigner responsible for?
The cosigner helps make sure the defendant goes to every required court date until the case is resolved. If the defendant does not meet their obligations, the cosigner may become responsible for the full bail amount, as set out in the bail agreement.
Can you meet me at the jail?
Yes. When appropriate, we can meet you at the jail, at your home, or at another agreed location.
Do you handle federal or immigration bonds?
No. Home Now Bail Bonds does not handle federal bail bonds or immigration bonds.
